I liked how the author was able to make the story interesting by using descriptions and making it a bit mysterious. This book is a great example of historical fiction.I enjoyed reading this book because it's an interesting historical novel.The main character is a 10-year-old boy who meets a girl who takes him on a fantastic journey where he discovers his true identity and what his purpose in life is.I found this to be a heartwarming story with a happy ending.
