Tipping The Velvet by Sarah Waters

Sarah Waters

This is such a boring book. I can't get myself to read it. I just want to eat my dinner and go home. The authors of this book have written a detailed description for the Tipping the Velvet book and they are not alone with their extraordinary writing skills. The author’s writing skills are so unbelievable that they can be considered as an example of creativity in narrative structure and language - magic realism in literature, which is also known as the verbal art of writing, a style that combines real life events and fictional characters' lives into one story. This story is a contemporary fiction about three generations of families living in London during 1950s: from Italian immigrants to Jewish refugees during Polish pogroms, from teenage girls who leave school because they are not good enough to marry boys

I have just finished a fantastic read, Tipping The Velvet by Sarah Waters. It is a book you should get into, it will take you on a journey through the life of a girl from the East End of London. It starts off with her childhood and then takes you on a wild ride all the way through her twenties and thirties before she settles down as an adult and has her own history to tell.A couple of things I loved about this book.
I needed to write a literature review about Tipping The Velvet and Paradox Child books. I read Tipping The Velvet with pleasure and got an A+ for my book review. Sarah Waters is a wonderful writer.
